Combat Acne

In Chinese Medicine acne is referred to as a toxin. With the use of acupuncture and herbal medicine you can keep acne under control.

1. Combat acne internally with zinc, vitamin A, vitamin B, and primrose oil with vitamin E.

2. Use Chinese herbs to cool off the skin. Drink peppermint tea or green tea.

3. Stay away from spicy food, smoking, coffee, preservatives and alcohol.

5. Use oil free makeup and gentle moisturizers.

6. Try alpha hydroxy creams (start with a low concentration of alpha hydroxy).
